Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g of beef round, 1 carrot, 2 bay leaves, 1 clove of garlic, onion, 2 cloves, rosemary, 1 glass of dry white wine, coarse salt. for the sauce: 2 jars of low-fat yogurt, 100 g of tuna in water, 1 tablespoon of capers, 2 anchovy fillets, 4 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, white pepper. Method: Tie the meat with the kitchen string, place it in a high and narrow pan, cover it completely with water and cook.
Add the rosemary, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, onion with two cloves, coarse salt and white wine.
