The way the five passengers of a small one lived airplane flying to Alaska when a teenager allegedly tried to smash it by grabbing the rudder from the pilot.
According to the Daily Mail, Jaden Lake-Kameroff, 18, was a passenger on the small plane that flew from Bethel to Aniak last Wednesday (7/7), making a journey of about 90 miles.
Lake-Kameroff got up from her seat and grabbed the rudder of the plane, turning the aircraft to the ground before the pilot could regain control with the help of the other passengers.
The young man, who was arrested by the police and is facing charges of terrorist threat and attempted attack, is said to have said that he was trying to end his life by crashing the plane.

According to the publication, the 18-year-old asked the pilot to fly the plane earlier during the flight.
When the pilot refused, the young man got up from his seat and entered the front of the plane, which has no partition between the cockpit and the passenger seats, and grabbed the rudder.
The plane was in the process of landing when the incident occurred, about 5 miles from the airport and landed safely in Aniak where the 18-year-old was arrested.
