The victim went down the stairs to the C and E station on 23rd Street, in the Chelsea area, around 6:30 pm, when the perpetrator approached and nailed what was described as a knife on the left side of her back, according to police sources. The woman was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she was hospitalized. The perpetrator fled shortly after the attack, which is characterized as unexpected and accidental. By Wednesday afternoon no arrest was made. According to local media, the suspect is described as a Spaniard, about 1.70 m high, and was last seen a white t -shirt and blue shape.
