And now Tesla has published an official photo of the seven-seat Model Y elephant, and the back row was expected to be very tight. By the way, the site no longer mentions seven adults, and now it just says about seven passengers.

It is clearly seen that the two rear seats are mainly suitable only for children or very short adults. Actually, it would be difficult to expect anything else from a car with a length of 4.75 m and a wheelbase of 2.89 m.

In terms of amenities for third-row passengers, the Model Y’s seven-seat variant offers USB-C charging, which is already pretty good. The third row itself, of course, can be folded. It remains to add that the surcharge for this version is $ 3,000. Tesla has already started taking orders for such a car.
