The project, which is scheduled to launch by December, is being implemented by the French company Neoen SA.

“Neoen and Tesla are working closely with emergency services in the field to deal with the situation,” Louis de Sambucy, director of Neoen, said in a statement.

The object has been disconnected from the network. According to de Sambusi, “it will not affect the electricity supply.”

The cause of the fire was not named in the statement.

Now firefighters are trying to prevent the spread of flames from one 13-ton battery to neighboring ones. Monitoring of air pollution is being carried out.
