EQS SUV is presented in two versions: the base one under the designation 450+ has a single electric motor on the rear axle with a capacity of 359 hp, but the older 580 4Matic is all-wheel drive, with two electric motors with a total output of 544 hp. Accordingly, the first version accelerates to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds, the second in 4.7 seconds.

The maximum power reserve is 600 km (the capacity of the traction battery is 108 kWh). Fast charging is supported: from the corresponding terminal, the car can be charged by 70% (from 10% to 80%) in half an hour. It will take about 11.5 hours to charge the car from home charging.

The EQS SUV is built on the platform of an electric sedan, but differs from it in dimensions. So, the crossover is a few centimeters wider and 20 cm higher, but at the same time shorter by 9 cm.

The base EQS SUV has two rows of seats, but a third row is available for a surcharge. Inside, there is a huge “hyperscreen” with three screens with a total diagonal of 56 inches and a single protective glass. Standard equipment includes air suspension with adaptive dampers, drive mode selection system, fully steerable chassis with 10° steering wheels. Of course, there were some electronic assistants like active cruise control, blind spot monitoring systems, etc., but there is no autopilot, like in a Tesla car.
