It looks like the next-generation Tesla Roadster is indeed on the way out, as Tesla has officially resumed taking pre-orders for the all-electric sports car on its official website.
Elon Musk recently revealed that Tesla will begin production of the long electric Roadster next year. He confirmed this during the Cyber Rodeo event to celebrate the grand opening of the new Giga Texas plant.

Now Tesla is asking those who want to order a Tesla Roadster to make a $50,000 deposit. However, $5,000 must be paid immediately, and the remaining $45,000 must be sent by bank transfer within ten days of ordering the electric vehicle. In Europe, a deposit of 4,000 euros is requested for the reservation, and the balance of the payment of 39,000 euros is paid within 10 days.
The car was introduced in 2017 at a price of $200,000, while the Founder’s Edition cost $50,000 more. It should accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.9 seconds.
