The operator of the largest Steabelcoin USDT, Tether, entered into a partnership with the popular Italian football club Juventus. The American company bought part of the club’s shares from Turin.

Juventus is one of the oldest football clubs in the world. It was founded in 1897 and won many awards, including a 9-fold victory in the Italian Super Cup. Funds for the purchase of shares of a football club were provided by the Tether investment unit – that is, the reserves of the USDT stablecoin were not affected.

“We continue our strategic investments. Investments in Juventus will allow Tether to participate in the merger of new technologies, such as digital assets, artificial intelligence and biotechnology, with the established sports industry. This will stimulate changes on a global scale. We study the possibilities of innovation and cooperation in the world sports landscape to make revolutionary changes, ”said Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino.

In early February, Ardoino toldthat Tether is working on the creation of a new bitcoin pitch with AI support.
