The agreement on Covid digital certificate welcomed by the 27 EU, calling for its immediate implementation. In fact, in June, according to ERT, the recommendation for travel to the European Union will be reviewed.

According to the text of conclusions adopted by the “27” at the Brussels Summit, there should be readiness for the new mutations, in order to take action if necessary.

“The EU is the world’s largest exporter of vaccines against Covid-19 and will continue its efforts to increase its vaccine production capacity worldwide to meet global needs. “The European Council calls for progress to be made on ensuring global and equal access to vaccines against Covid-19 and to supporting the COVAX mechanism to this end.

Also, the EU and Member States are committed to accelerating the distribution of vaccines to support countries in need, with a view to donating at least 100 million doses by the end of 2021 and contributing to local capacity development, according to the World Declaration Health Summit held in Rome.
