Call of Duty: Vanguard
The Call of Duty franchise has long been put on stream – the internal studios of Activision release a new part of the franchise every year, either delighting or disappointing gamers. This time, the authors decided to once again try their hand at the setting of World War II, creating large-scale battles in a single player campaign that will take place literally all over the world. The developers decided to attract the audience with multiplayer battles fully armed – here there are multi-level maps with detailed elaboration of each corner, and a lot of interesting weapons with a huge set of attachments, and high dynamics with a pleasant TTK, and even many interesting modes that were not previously available. The same elimination competition looks extremely fresh, and the new part of the shooter will also be connected with the royal battle very succinctly. Probably, the game will not become a breakthrough, like MW 2019, but it will be able to earn praise without difficulty.

After all, if a gamer loves economic strategies and dinosaurs, then he simply has no choice.

Forza Horizon 5
While EA is trying in vain to make a good Need for Speed, Microsoft has long understood what the audience likes – and this is what they are implementing in Forza Horizon 5. There will be a huge virtual world here (they promise a full map of Mexico with the utmost detail of the virtual world and all objects), darkness of cars for every taste and color (not only supercars), flexible customization system and seasons that affect the design of locations. The developers provide all this to gamers without the need to invest real money, which, of course, makes the game much more attractive to the audience.
Special attention was paid to customization of characters in the fifth part of the series – a gamer can customize the appearance of his avatar, there is even an opportunity to install prostheses (this is a kind of support from Microsoft for gamers with disabilities). Naturally, the graphics in the game are simply masterpiece, especially if you play on a powerful computer or the latest generation consoles, various effects, car detailing and map elaboration allow you to make amazing shots literally in the middle of a race. For fans of arcade racing, this is a real holiday, which they also promise to support for a long time.

Although many were convinced that the developers of the next part of Battlefield would abandon the single player campaign in favor of the royal battle, in reality it turned out to be quite different. In a shooter about the near future, we will be shown a rather formulaic plot about military clashes between Russia and the United States (after all, there is no one else to fight in the world), during which the writers plan to tell an interesting story about colorful characters. However, the “plot” has never been the strong point of this franchise, so let’s go straight to the multiplayer – here we are waiting for the next surprises that can beat a competitor.
We are talking about multiplayer battles on really huge maps with the participation of military equipment (both ground and air). The developers propose to take part in quite intense shootouts at locations with 128 players in a match where there is a partial destructibility of the virtual world, a darkness of modes of movement, even a wingsuit and a grappling hook. We add to the arsenal of the virtual fighter an advanced weapon with darkness of body kits, a robo-dog, and also a class with a unique set of skills, and we get something completely different from Call of Duty. Perhaps this particular feature will make the shooter unique.

In the next part of the farmer’s simulator, the developers decided to focus on detailing the virtual world, putting their hand to literally all the elements of the virtual world. And so that players can stand out in front of friends, Farming Simulator 22 will implement an advanced character customization system with clothes of real brands, their own house and etc. In addition, there will be a change in weather conditions with more realistic effects, more attractive graphics, various new mechanics and modes. Although the basis of the gameplay, as the developers themselves say, has not changed – experienced players will not have to get used to something new.

Bloodshore
The developers of Bloodshore plan to take the interactive cinema genre to a whole new level, along the way developing the royal battle in an unusual direction. In the center of the plot is a reality show in which 50 people try to survive on the island, simultaneously killing each other in order to obtain an impressive sum of money, and the player controls (if I may say so) one of the participants in the competition. At the same time, there will be no graphics here – the developers filmed 8 hours of material, so that later they could put it all into a full-fledged game, one storyline of which you will go through in about an hour and a half.
However, there are several such branches here – the player in the course of survival can enter into alliances with some characters, or refuse this venture. All the decisions you make directly affect what the ending of this story will be, and, of course, there will be several of them. Of course, the gamer will not shoot, survive and hide in the bushes on his own, since this is a movie, albeit interactive, but Bloodshore is still unique in its kind – the player, in fact, is thrown into the very center of the meat grinder, only you will watch all this from first person, not from the side. I wonder if this is enough to captivate gamers and open up a new direction for video games.
