What we learned walking with the stars

You can walk around chatting. What keeps us alive and motivates us to do things we may initially not feel like? The things we tell each other, all those stories that make sense of what we do. This is why listening to stories, even better if told by personalities present in the common imagination, represents a motivational boost that enriches the training experience with meaning. In short, walking is good for the body and you can learn something positive to adapt to your life, all thanks to the experience of others. Because it is only those who listen to stories who also find it.

It’s not like working out with a trainer. Time to Walk it’s not a podcast, but it’s also not a set workout with a personal trainer constantly telling you what to do. It is a very intimate experience, which puts you at ease and pleasantly makes you lose track of what you are doing.

You can always learn from others. In Time to Walk there is the power of sharing. As the stars share their experiences of how they dealt with fear or pressure, it feels less alone, because everyone experiences the same situations and different perspectives can help clarify. “Fake it till you have it”, Pretend until you get it, to feel brave, act as if you are brave and you will most likely become brave: actions increase self-confidence.
