Iran today announced that it is re -opened its airspace, including it over Tehran, which closed on June 13, on the first day of the war against Israel. “International Airports of Mehrabad and Imam Khomeini in Tehran, as in the northern, eastern, western and southern part of the country, have been re -operated and ready to run flights,” the official IRNA news agency reported. Most Iranian airports have re -opened for flights and the country’s airspace is open to international transit flights from 05.00 to 18.00 local time, the semi -official Iranian news agency Tasnim reported. “Internal and international flights will take place at all airports in the country, except for Isfahan and Tabrice airports, during the day from 5am to 6pm,” according to Tasnim.
