In Ukraine to show his support for Volodymyr Zelenksi’s country while the war with Russia continues today, Monday (20/11) Minister of Defense of USA Lloyd Austin. His visit was not even announced for security reasons.
According to a statement from the Pentagon, Mr defense Minister of the US Lloyd Austin “traveled to Ukraine today to meet with Ukrainian leaders and reinforce the United States’ unwavering support for Ukraine’s struggle for freedom.”
“I am here today to convey an important message –the US will continue to stand by Ukraine in its struggle for freedom against Russian aggression, both today and in the future”, said the American minister as pointed out by the Athens News Agency citing the Pentagon’s announcement.
