The average rental prices in Ilioupoli (7.7 euros), Dafni (7.6 euros), Zografou (7.5 euros), and Byron (7.2 euros) are just over 7 euros per sq.m.
Last on the list of areas of the southern suburbs, with the lowest real estate rental yields is Ymittos with an average price of 6.7 euros per sq.m.
