This hill, about 20 feet (6 meters) high, was previously captured in all its glory in a selfie taken by Curiosity, as well as a couple of 3D panoramas.

The Curiosity rover was launched from Cape Canaveral on November 26, 2011. Thus, in the fall, NASA will celebrate ten years since the launch of Curiosity. The rover landed on Mars on August 6, 2012.
