The 12-year-old accused of killing a sixth-grade classmate this week at their school in Finland appears to have planned his attack in advance, based on evidence found on seized electronic devices, Finnish police said today. Intimidation is believed to be the motive for the attack at Viertola school near Helsinki on Tuesday, in which two other children, two girls, were seriously injured, police said. “The preliminary investigation brought to light evidence suggesting that the act was premeditated,” Marko Sarka, the police official in charge of the investigation into the case, said in a statement. “The search of devices confiscated and in the suspect's possession, a phone and a computer, revealed evidence that confirms this case,” he adds.
