It was reported last month that Samsung has begun mass production of the upcoming Galaxy M12 smartphone in India. The presentation of the novelty should take place in February, but sources have already reported details about the smartphone with model number SM-M127.
The smartphone is expected to be released around the world under the names Galaxy M12 and Galaxy F12. Both phones have already appeared in the Google Play Console database. The Galaxy M12 / F12 is expected to feature a 6.5-inch HD + TFT Infinity-V LCD screen. The smartphone should be based on the Exynos 850 SoC and have 3, 4 or 6 GB of LPPDR4 RAM. The phone will be equipped with 32, 64 or 128 GB eMMC 5.1 flash memory. It will receive a slot for microSD memory cards. The Galaxy M12 / F12 is expected to ship with a 6,000mAh rechargeable battery. The operating system will be Android 11.

The Galaxy M12 / F12 should get a quad camera with a 48MP main image sensor, 5MP ultra-wide angle camera, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro camera. The front camera will have a resolution of 8 megapixels.
The source also reports that the South Korean company is working on a phone called the Galaxy A82, which will be released in the coming weeks. As the name suggests, it will replace the Galaxy A80 phone launched back in 2019.
