16% of Italians would have started doing regular physical activity during the period of lockdown while 3 out of 5 would never have stopped practicing it even after a year from the beginning of the health emergency: it is a survey carried out by ASI and SWG on the initiative of Sport and Health to reveal these data. More specifically, 25% of the analyzed sample would do gymnastics and fitness at home and even the youngest would be involved, in fact, 11% would belong to the so-called generation Z.
However, for those who prefer to train at home, among the increasingly popular devices we find the treadmills even if, in several cases, they are considered too bulky to be installed in rooms that are not spacious enough.
By the way though, the market offers us several folding treadmills which can be closed and stored in very small spaces: under the bed or behind a door, for example. There are models that allow us to adjust the inclinationothers with connectivity Bluetooth able to connect to the apps installed on our smartphone or with built-in speakers to let us listen to our favorite songs during training without wearing headphones.
Do you want to discover some models? From Domyos to Diadora, in the gallery you will find 7 folding treadmills commercially available.
