The best new restaurants in Italy according to The Fork. Here are the 10 not to be missed

I best restaurants in Italy, the new premises that have invested in the future and inaugurated, despite Covid, offering great cuisine: here are the winners of the TheFork Restaurants Awards – New Openings Special Edition. In all 64 stores throughout Italy, among which 10 finalist restaurants stand out (which you can see in the gallery following this article) led by Opera – Creativity and Ingenuity of Turin.

These are the great news in catering, which they opened from January 2019 to August 2021, first selected by a large jury made up of 80 Italian Top Chefs and then voted by users, to arrive at the final ranking which is also an invitation to savor the great pleasure of an excellent restaurant. All thanks to an idea by TheFork in collaboration with Identità Golose | The International Chef Congress, and realized thanks to the support of the Italian Federation of Public Exercises, APCI – Professional Association of Italian Chefs, together with numerous sponsors.

The prizes were awarded during an exclusive gala evening at the Milan Triennale started with a finger food aperitif offered by Identità Golose Milano and curated by Andrea Ribaldone and Edoardo Traverso and then continued with a sublime dinner signed by Multi-starred chef Enrico Bartolini. Among the guests many protagonists of the world of gastronomy and beyond, including some of the top chefs who participated in the selections of restaurants such as Cristina Bowerman, Antonia Klugmann, Valeria Piccini, Alfonso Caputo and Andrea Berton and show business characters headed by Gerry Scotti.
