Attackers hacked into the BitKeep exchange site on the BNB network and stole user assets from the site.
The BitKeep developer announced that it detected a cyber attack in time and stopped the hacker’s malicious activity. The team stopped all exchange operations on the site for an indefinite period.
The platform will start working normally as soon as the security service makes sure that the assets of the project and users are safe. The team said that it intends to contact the blockchain security agency and law enforcement agencies to identify intruders and return stolen assets.
The developers claim that users whose wallets have been hacked will receive full compensation. The company has offered white hat hackers and cybersecurity experts who can trace the attackers and recover the stolen assets a generous reward. BitKeep has not yet released details of the cyberattack.
