The Black Sea Agreement aims to reinstate Russia to international grain and fertilizers markets in order to obtain revenue and at the same time guarantee global food security, Russian Foreign Minister Foreign Minister said during statements on Tuesday 25/3. The US was closed – separate – agreements with Ukraine and Russia, which predicts to stop hostilities in the Black Sea and to cease the wounds against energy facilities.
