The cheapest electric car came out in Europe

Lithuanian armored four-wheel drive vehicle manufacturer Dartz has teamed up with Nikrob to launch the Freze Nikrob, dubbed “the cheapest electric vehicle in Europe.” With a starting price of 10,000 euros, it is cheaper than the Dacia Spring, which we wrote about recently.

It went on sale in Lithuania last month, with Dartz reporting strong demand, in particular from car sharing and delivery companies. In fact, Freze Nikrob is a copy of the popular electric car Wuling Hongguang Mini in China.

The driving range of an electric vehicle is about 200 km with a 13.8 kWh battery. The rear-mounted electric motor has a power of 13 kW and develops 85 Nm of torque. The maximum speed is 100 km / h.
