The EU is taking action against the interference with GPS systems, following the incident that became known today, which concerns the aircraft carrying the Commission President, Ursula von der Layen. After the aircraft was forced to land with the use of printed maps, having lost the brand of electronic navigation systems, it was announced that the European Union would develop additional satellites on a low orbit around the Earth to enhance the durability against interference in the GPS system. Earlier, as the Commission confirmed, there was an interference with the GPS signal, which suspected Russian sabotage.
