The sentencing hearing for former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison has been scheduled for September 24, 2024, according to petitions the defense requested that some of the defendant’s personal information be edited.

In a motion to the court, Ellison’s attorney is seeking to amend the sentencing memorandum. The defense wants to remove the names of those who sent letters in support of the defendant.

It also includes “irrelevant medical information.” The motion does not specify what exactly this is. The lawyer explained it this way:
