The events occurred on October 8 at 2:40 am, in the streets of the Villa de Aragón neighborhood, belonging to the Gustavo A. Madero mayor’s office, in Mexico City, and were recorded by a security camera of the area.
In the images you can clearly see a man in black pants and a blue jacket walking on the street in the company of his dogs. Moments later, he pulls up in front of one of the cars and ducks down to steal a wheel from a car.
