Donald Trump wants to “take” Greenland, a Danish autonomous territory. It doesn’t matter: A satirical request for the California market from Denmark has so far gathered more than 200,000 signatures. The online request mimics the American president’s favorite slogan, as he is entitled “to make California great again”, but in Scandinavian characters: “Måke Califørnia Great ægain”. “Buy it from Trump, through the most magnificent co -finance campaign that has ever been done,” the site proposes. It all started “just to show how irrational Trump’s demands for Greenland were really,” Xavier Ditua, a French -born who had the idea of the market, explained to the French Bureau.
