At a time when what we need most is good news, the photographic lens captures in the most vivid way the reality we live in around the world. A carousel of photos of joy and pain, carelessness and struggle for survival – that is, of all those who make our lives have some meaning – is enough to evoke the strongest emotions in each of us.
