The Detailed Periodic Statement of the Auxiliary Capital Insurance Fund is in operation from today

The process of submitting a Detailed Periodic Statement of the Auxiliary Capital Insurance Fund (APD TEKA) of the January 2022 salary period has been activated for all companies that have hired new entrants to the labor market from 1.1.2022, in order to include them in the supplementary insurance.

The submission of the TEKA APD is carried out exclusively through the internet, through the application “Electronic TEKA APD Submission”, using the passwords assigned to the employers during their certification in the Electronic Services for Employers of e-EFKA.

The application is available from the Single Digital Portal gov.gr, selecting the menu “Business Activity” and then “Employment of Staff”, as well as from the website of the Fund teka.gov.gr, selecting the menu “Electronic Services”.

The APD TEKA for the salary period of January 2022 can be submitted and repaid on time until Friday 08/04. Special attention is drawn to the payment of contributions in favor of TEKA through the new Current Contribution Payment Identity (TKTE TEKA).

In addition, it is pointed out that the submission of the TEKA DPA must follow the submission of the DPA or the Public DPA of the e-EFKA.

Subjects

It is reminded that from 1.1.2022 all persons who undertake insurable work or employment or acquire insurable status for which until that date there would be an obligation to belong to the subsidiary insurance branch of e-EFKA are compulsorily covered by TEKA insurance.

Employers can check if the employee belongs to TEKA through the TEKA Online Affirmation Service. The application is available through the electronic services of e-EFKA, the electronic services of TEKA and through the Single Digital Portal gov.gr. For its use, the DPA of the Employer and the AMKA of the employee are necessary.
