“In our baseline, the USD remains strong into early next year and begins a more sustained downside after the Fed pause.”

“We expect EUR/USD to be at parity and USD/JPY at 146.00 by Q1 2023. However, in our baseline the USD gradually weakens from the second quarter, up to 1.10 for EUR/USD and up to 135 for USD/JPY by the end of 2023, with our EUR/USD forecast above consensus.”
