From Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 15:00, until Monday, May 23, 2022, at 7:00, the electronic services of e-EFKA will be temporarily unavailable, in order to carry out applications and data transfer works in the infrastructure of the Government Cloud (G-Cloud) of the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration, as announced by the administration of the institution.
In this way, as pointed out in the announcement, existing old infrastructures are replaced with modern ones, while increasing the availability, speed and quality of the provided electronic services.
The above process will affect:
– scheduling electronic appointments for Friday 20/5/2022,
– information from the 1555 Citizens’ Service Center, as it will not be possible to obtain insurance data,
– several services of the public sector that draw data from the systems of e-EFKA (indicative OPEC, DYPA, ERGANI, TEKA, KEP, services provided, through Gov.gr, etc.).
“For this reason, we suggest to the insured to process any of their issues, through the electronic services of the institution (www.efka.gov.gr), until Thursday, May 19, 2022, before 15:00” clarifies the e -EFKA.
