“Today the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall visited the gardens of Marlborough House to see a collection of flowers left by members of the public in memory of the Duke of Edinburgh.
Flowers and messages have been carried from the spot outside Buckingham Palace to private gardens. “This will continue to be the case at this time so as not to encourage crowds to gather outside the palace because of the Covid-19,” a spokesman said.
