The European far-right has proposed that Elon Musk be awarded the human rights-related Zakharov Prize. All the political groups today presented their candidates for this prestigious prize awarded annually by the European Parliament to defenders of human rights and freedom of thought. On the far right, the “Patriots” and the small group “Europe of sovereign nations” chose Elon Musk, a staunch supporter of Donald Trump and controversial CEO of the social media X, the carmaker Tesla and the aerospace technology and space transportation services company SpaceX.
