My favorite look: Jeremy Strong

In: Their plain

Jeremy Strong takes the center with this tuxedo of their plain. Perfectly respects the Dress code of the Festival, but reinterprets it with a green almond that recalls the color of the glasses and which I imagine are signed by Jacques Marie Mage. The black leather shoe – the Henry Walk model of their plain – brought without socks, and the gray hair sported with naturalness, which distinguishes it from the colors a little … too bright, of certain great celebrities also seen on the red carpet. All this also seems to have fun too …

The opinion of 🇮🇹: I very much respect men who know how to choose unusual colors and little practiced by the men’s wardrobe. This green sage tending to light blue is very sophisticated.

The opinion of 🇪🇸: Started the festival with a bang: fishing dress both al photocall Day both at the opening ceremony, Jeremy Strong never stops surprising with his choices, as shown this tuxedo signed by them in a completely unpublished greenish shade on the red carpet. The final touch? The socks without socks. Super cool!

My favorite look: Isabelle Huppert

In: Balenciaga and Jewels de beers

Being – in my humble opinion – the greatest actress of the last 50 years, Isabelle Huppert certainly had no need, let’s face it, to be also a fashion icon. Instead, without losing a gram of his credibility of interpreter he managed, in a handful of years, to become a muse for the most important brands. And in particular with Balenciaga, with whom he built a very close and perfectly successful bond. This Green Boat dress all fringes, for example, perfectly enhances its incarnate sofa and his shiny hair. If the concept was still not clear, I want to write it explicitly: I love Isabelle Huppert.

The opinion of 🇪🇸: Isabelle Huppert does not need to be a fashion icon, because she is the fashion icon par excellence. I love her too, I wait for her appearances on the red carpet as if they were the most important thing in the world. I like that he never removes sunglasses and that this time I already wear a vibrant green … at the top!

The verdict of 🇫🇷: Once again, Isabelle Huppert is impeccable. The color of the dress, the way in which it falls, the subscribed effect that recalls – in a more structured version – that of Julia Garner, the contrast with the other guests on the red carpet: everything is perfect. Trick and hairstyle, extremely glamorous, add that extra touch to this appearance, which remains one of the most beautiful of the festival today.

Charlotte Gainsbourg

My favorite look: Charlotte Gainsbourg

In: Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello

Why… In green, in short, just made up and with wisely speechless hair, the actress embodies all the aesthetic virtues to which you can aspire to: from elegance to naturalness, obviously passing through that unfairless French chic of which it is one of the most famous ambassadors. On her, the dress in Satin washed twice-which adheres perfectly to her proportions, with very long straps and sleeves-and the bronze necklace and crystals from the autumn-winter 2024-25 collection of the Maison, as well as the Opium in Satin Crêum sandals, even work better than on the catwalk, where everything is measured to the millimeter. The socks deserve a special mention, tribute to the Saint Laurent woman of the origins. His harmony with the Maison is total, as shown by his recent role in the Étoile series, a highly recommendable comedy in which his character faces the most varied situations dressed as Anthony Vaccarello, and without ever speaking, or rather: shipping with style.

The opinion of 🇫🇷: The emerald color and the idea of not showing any neckline are spot on chosen. But – it will be the fault of the wind – I am not completely convinced me the “volume” effect produced by this dress on the bust of Charlotte Gainsbourg …

The opinion of 🇮🇹: The magnetic actress and singer -songwriter recently said: “For years I was only my father’s daughter, now I play to transform me.” The most evident transformation is that of Musa by Anthony Vaccarello: none like you know how to perfectly embody the aesthetic of the creative director of Saint Laurent. When you say: a truly successful combination.
