The far-right winner of the Dutch election expects to form a government by the end of June

Dutch far-right politician Geert Wilders said today that he expects a new right-wing government to be formed by the end of June, even though he has yet to find a prime minister to lead that new government. Wilders' nationalist Freedom Party (PVV) won a landslide victory in November's parliamentary elections and last week, after nearly six months of intense negotiations, an agreement was reached to form a coalition government with three other conservative parties. However, it remains unclear who will lead this government, as Wilders, in order to bring his potential partners to the negotiating table, did not claim the post of prime minister.
