Samsung Electronics is preparing to release new Galaxy Buds wireless headphones. The first details about the upcoming novelty were reported by the Dutch thematic resource GalaxyClub.

As noted by the source, Samsung will release a new headphone model this summer. And GalaxyClub even found out in what colors they can be bought.
It’s been two years since Samsung unveiled the very first Galaxy Buds – along with the Galaxy S10 series of flagship smartphones. Since then, the Galaxy Buds + (with the Galaxy S20), the Galaxy Buds Live (with the Note 20) and the Galaxy Buds Pro (with the Galaxy S21) have appeared. But so far, the Korean manufacturer hasn’t released the “real” Galaxy Buds 2.
The Galaxy Buds 2 are expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy S21 FE smartphones. The new earbuds, model number SM-R177, will initially be available in four colors: black, white, purple and green. Judging by the color coding, this is probably the same green color that users will be able to buy the Galaxy Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. The Galaxy S21 FE will have a light green color, this shade will be different.
The presentation of new foldable smartphones may take place in July or August. The headphones will not only be sold separately, but will also be offered as a gift for those who pre-order these new items. As for the price, it is expected to be noticeably more modest than the Galaxy Buds Pro with their 229 euros – about 170 euros.
