The first buyers of the flagship series Samsung Galaxy S21 began to complain about the first problems they encountered.

For example, users from the UK and Italy are experiencing difficulties with the Samsung Pay contactless payment service and software updates.
For some of them, the payment service does not work at all. Others haven’t received any of the software updates that Samsung released last week.
Samsung has not yet commented on the situation. Presumably the problem is related to the incorrectly set region for the software. The region codes are referred to as CSC. For example, for the UK it is EUX (European Union), not BTU. As a result, users were denied access to Samsung Pay and over the air updates. According to one of the versions, the wrong code could be installed during the initial launch of the smartphone without a SIM card.
Open sales of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series in the first regions began on January 29. In Russia, the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra are still accepting pre-orders, and open sales will begin only on February 5, 2021. Prices start at 74,990 rubles.
