Huawei has officially confirmed that the flagship smartphone Huawei Mate X2, equipped with a foldable screen, will receive a new body shape and has published a new poster of the device.

It is very interesting how the manufacturer will solve the problem of folds in the flexible screen with this design. Such a solution, in theory, will allow to abandon the additional screen, as well as to reliably protect the flexible display from damage when the smartphone is not in use.
According to previous leaks, Huawei Mate X2 will receive a foldable screen with a diagonal of 8.01 inches, a resolution of 2480 x 2220 pixels. The device will be powered by the 5nm Kirin 9000 SoC, which has already been confirmed by Huawei. The main camera is expected to use image sensors with a resolution of 50, 16, 12 and 8 megapixels. The camera should support 10x hybrid zoom. The device will be equipped with a 4400 mAh battery, its dimensions will be 161.8 x 145.8 x 8.2 mm and a weight of 295 g.
Earlier, the manufacturer confirmed that the device will be presented on February 22, that is, on Monday.
