OnePlus yesterday announced three new smartphones, two of which have already started receiving the first software update. We are talking about the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro models, for which the OxygenOS 11.2.1.1 firmware is available.
Since the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro are not yet on sale, at the moment only devices that have been submitted for review are getting the update. This firmware will be installed on customers’ smartphones when the devices are turned on for the first time.

OxygenOS 11.2.1.1 firmware is based on Android 11, update size is 345MB. The changelog talks about optimizing charging and displaying notifications in the UI, as well as fixing other known issues and improving overall system stability. Also improved compatibility with Bluetooth devices, improved communication stability, as well as performance and stability of data transmission over Wi-Fi.
