The building, which has been leased for several years by a well-known fitness chain, has been renovated and functions as a fitness and training area.

It consists of 3 basements, ground floor of 720.03 sq.m., attic of 564.69 sq.m., first floor of 501.07 sq.m. and second floor of 235.25 sq.m. and is located in a highlighted spot.

Neoset is one of the companies victims of the Greek debt crisis of the last decade as it failed to survive under the weight of economic suffocation but of the huge competition from foreign furniture chains.

Recording declining sales since 2008, the bankruptcy claim filed 4 years later was for many a prescribed course as the group had large exposures and liabilities, which were also burdened by investments in network development, reaching 2012 to has 60 stores, including several franchises.

Today, however, it is planned to strike the hammer for a property which houses one of the stores of the Confectionery chain D. Varsos 1945. This is a building in Vrilissia, which belongs to Dimitris and Apostolos Varsos.

The auction concerns a building, which is located at 90 Pentelis Avenue in Vrilissia with the first bid price set at 1.113 million euros and Cepal Hellas is in a hurry.

This is a plot of land, which extends over an area of ​​631.48 sq.m. in which a three-storey building has been erected with basements, main and auxiliary use, which consists of a basement garage, basement storage, basement store, ground floor store, commercial space on the first floor and apartment-house on the second floor.

During the external autopsy, which took place last October, it was found that it is a building of conventional construction with a date of completion in 1986, while it is in good maintenance condition as the confectionery remains in normal operation.
