The FSP Twins Pro series of power supplies includes two-module models of 500, 700 and 900 watts

FSP has announced the release of the Twins PRO series of power supplies. Their main feature is the presence of two modules. Normally, the load is evenly distributed between the modules, but in the event of a failure of one of the modules, the second takes over the entire load, guaranteeing the uninterrupted operation of the system. Such a block is well suited for a server or workstation.

The series includes 500, 700 and 900 W models. All of them are designed for installation in standard cases, designed for ATX or PS2 power supplies, and are hot-swappable.

The blocks are equipped with protection against overcurrent, short circuit and other abnormal situations. Another advantage is the presence of network cable clamps.

The Twins Pro cable system is modular. Along with the usual cables, the bundle contains a cable that connects to the USB connector on the motherboard. This connection is used by the FSP Guardian software, which displays the performance of the unit in real time, maintains an event log and notifies the user when the recommended values of the input or output parameters are exceeded.

The Twins Pro series of 500W, 700W, and 900W power supplies are priced at $ 430, $ 550, and $ 650, respectively.
