The General Secretariat of Commerce of the Ministry of Development and Investment informs all companies registered in the General Commercial Register (GEMI) everything for the period from Friday 06-05-2022 until Monday 09-05 -2022 the information systems G.E.M.I. and Y.M.S. will be out of order due to the transition of Information Systems to the infrastructure of G-CLOUD.
Therefore, none of the following services will be available during this period:
1. Establishment of a company through the One Stop Service (to the Chambers or to the notaries) or through the electronic One Stop Service (e-YMS),
2. submission of applications for registration of transactions and data in GEMI,
3. publication of acts and data on the GEMI website. and
4. issuance of a certificate or a copy of acts and data registered in the G.E.M.I.
