The Hamster Kombat team has announced plans for late 2024 and 2025. Among other things, the developers plan to launch a Web3 platform and even an NFT marketplace.
The popular “tapalka” Hamster Kombat presented updated roadmap. The Telegram project team will focus on expanding the game ecosystem, integrating new features and implementing mechanics to support tokenomics.
Key points of the roadmap
According to the roadmap, the developers of the “hamster” will launch the second season in October. In addition, the clicker game is going to integrate external payment systems and launch new applications within the Hamster Kombat ecosystem at that time.
Starting with Season 2, Tapalka will also add support for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). These will be used as additional in-game assets.
Hamster Kombat plans to launch its own advertising network for the ecosystem’s games by the end of the year. Part of the revenue from this network will go towards buying back HMSTR tokens on the market and rewarding players.
Another important update concerns clans. User associations within a “hamster” will receive more opportunities for interaction.
The plans for 2025 are as follows:
- launch of two large gaming projects with full integration of tokens into the gaming economy;
- implementation of RMT (Real Money Trading) in games – users will be able to exchange game items for real money;
- the first clan championship in Hamster Kombat 2.0;
- expansion of partner games with more complex and expensive projects;
- second phase of airdrop;
- User Generated Content (UGC) tools – users will be able to create their own content that can be integrated into the Hamster Kombat ecosystem.
- launch of an internal NFT marketplace for in-game items;
- Moving beyond PWA and integrating with board games.
HMSTR Launch and Airdrop
Let us remind you that today, September 26, the long-awaited launch of the HMSTR token will take place. Spot trading of the new asset is starting on such major crypto exchanges as Binance and OKX.
The developers of The Open Network (TON) have already warnedthat due to increased activity, problems may arise in the operation of the blockchain.
TON has already experienced disruptions this month. This was due to the airdrop of another popular Telegram project, DOGS. The number of players who branded the coins “tapalki” exceeded 17 million.
Hamster Kombat has previously faced criticism from the community. Many users were disappointed with the size of the airdrop. In addition, players were also outraged by the sudden change in the terms of the distribution of HMSTR tokens.
