The hashrate on the Bitcoin network has reached an all-time high

The current average hashrate on the Bitcoin network has set a new ATH, according to Glassnode. As of October 12, 2023, this figure was 456.9 EH/s.

At the beginning of the year, the average hashrate was about 263 EH/s. Over ten months, this figure increased by 193 EH/s.

In August, experts from the Bernstein company said that large miners would benefit from an increase in hashrate on the Bitcoin network. According to analysts, their total hashrate is 72 EH/s. At the same time, they plan to increase this figure by 182% in the next 2-3 years.

On October 3, 2023, Bitcoin mining difficulty set a new ATH of 57.32 T.
