The IS is requesting aid for seven digital projects of the State

The Information Society (IS SA) is accelerating the procedures for seven important projects, inviting the companies participating in the Framework Agreement to provide support services to the digital transformation actions of the State to submit bids for the signing of executive contracts.

The projects that the consultants will be called to “mature” are the following:

Development of a Panhellenic Digital Congregational Communications System of the Fire Brigade

The purpose of the project is the supply and installation of an integrated digital communications system nationwide for the Fire Brigade. The system will provide an integrated environment of digital communications and specialized applications for their management, which will allow staff to provide their services to society in a more efficient, secure and coordinated manner.

Traffic monitoring system for commercial vehicles and containers (containers) upon their entry and circulation in the country

The object of the Main Project is the provision of services of analysis, design, development, configuration and implementation of information system for monitoring the movement of commercial vehicles and containers (containers) during their entry and circulation in the country and the supply of the necessary equipment. These include the installation of surveillance systems at 34 border points, ports and warehouses and at 132 toll stations.

Installation of Meteorological Stations & Development of Web Portal Infrastructure “

The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive, quality and accurate meteorological information in critical productive and development sectors, in public bodies, in educational and research institutions, as well as to the ordinary citizen in a friendly way through the internet or other modern sources of information.

Renewable Energy Projects Licensing Information System (PSAPE)

The object of the project is the design and implementation of the Information System for the Licensing of Renewable Energy Sources (PSAPE). PSAPE will be the unified information system that will manage all stages of licensing of RES projects. It will act as a “gateway” between the investor and the licensing authorities

Network of secure access of operational means of the Coast Guard-Hellenic Coast Guard (LS-EL.AKT.) To the network of YNANP and upgrade of the network infrastructure of the Headquarters of LS-EL.AKT

The object of the Project is the modernization and the upgrade of the network and computer infrastructure of the Coast Guard-Hellenic Coast Guard (LS-EL.AKT.), In order to provide the users (internal – executives and external – visitors) with improved speeds and higher levels of security and reliability in their access to the digital services provided.

Development of value added services of the DIAVGEIA program “

The main purpose of the project is the complete upgrade of the existing application with the main aim of expanding its functionality, enhancing the characteristics of transparency, usability, information and dissemination of information.

Transformation of Consular Services procedures

The object of the contract is the transformation and digitization of the procedures of the provided Consular Services, with the aim of combating bureaucracy with alternative ways of processing requests beyond the physical presence of citizens.

For the above projects, the IS sent an invitation to submit individual bids for the conclusion of an Executive Contract of the Framework Agreement that it has signed with Deloitte-Octane-Priority, Diadikasia, PWC and Planet.

The above are invited to submit a closed offer with the award criterion of “the most economically advantageous offer based on the best value for money”. The project budget amounts to 1.11 million euros including VAT.
