The Italian Cuisine School reopens its doors

The School of Italian Cuisine is happy to announce its reopening starting in July. After careful technical assessments, aimed at ensuring maximum safety for users and staff, the first courses will be held in the classrooms in Milan in the coming weeks.

In order to enforce the safety measures established by the authorities and still guarantee the best possible learning experience, the spacious classrooms have been equipped to hold a smaller number of participants: each will have a single workstation, equipped with all the necessary equipment.

In addition, small changes have been made to the teaching plans, so that the conduct of the lesson at the workstation still allows you to learn the techniques and test the individual recipes in person.

You can view all upcoming courses on the calendar by clicking directly here. It will be possible to find the great classics, such as First courses of fish and Rices and risottos, but also many novelties, such as the Crustacean courses, Aperitif with friends and Vacuum cooking at low temperature. There are also many pastry courses, such as Tarts 2.0 and Pasticceria mignon. We then thought of new activities for children and families, to cook together while having fun and learning.
