The Kremlin describes Macron's and Cameron's statements on Ukraine as “dangerous”.

“Immediate escalation” of the war, the Kremlin described today the statements of the British Foreign Secretary David Cameron that Ukraine, if it wanted, could use British weapons to hit targets inside Russia. Cameron promised on Thursday that London would provide three billion pounds a year in military aid to Ukraine “for as long as it takes”, noting that he has no objection to the weapons being used on Russian soil. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the statement was dangerous and worrisome, arguing that it jeopardized the entire system of European security. In addition, Peskov also described as “very dangerous” the statements of French President Emmanuel Macron, who repeated his controversial position on sending ground troops to Ukraine. “France and the French head of state continue to refer to the possibility of direct involvement on the ground (…).
