Ukraine launched the largest attack with unmanned aircraft in the Russian capital on Tuesday, with at least 91 drones targeting Moscow, killing at least one human being, triggering fires, closing airports and forcing dozens of flights to divert. Moscow’s Governor Andrei Vorobiev said the victims were in the cities of Vidnoe and Domodedovo, just outside the capital. Seven apartments in a residential building suffered damage. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobianin said that 73 unmanned aircraft headed towards the city were shot down. The roof of a building was damaged by the debris of the unmanned aircraft.
