Naughty Dog has delighted PlayStation 5 owners with an update for the award-winning The Last of Us Part 2.
This patch allows you to select a refresh rate of 60 frames per meter and significantly reduce loading time, the commercial also mentions a higher resolution.
Experts from Digital Foundry have already tested the game after the update and confirmed that the PlayStation 5 does an excellent job of playing The Last of Us Part 2 at 60 fps. The download speed has also been confirmed to be 43 seconds versus 91 seconds on the PlayStation 4 Pro.
Interestingly, the resolution of the game has not changed and is 1440r. It is not clear then why Sony promises higher resolution in the trailer.
