For the most part, Trump’s duties will come into force on August 7, sealing months of bargaining, experimentation and delays, the New York Times said. The US president has put in place the new contributors through a series of executive decrees, some of which reflect preliminary commercial agreements recently concluded with countries that offered favorable concessions to the US.
