A “lonely” cleaning lady in school who is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy for four months is facing up to 15 years in prison. The 28-year-old woman was revealed when the boy’s father checked his cell phone, as it was said today in her court Australia.
The woman, who pleaded guilty to child sexual abuse, appeared in court on Tuesday, according to ABC. The accused was friends with the boy’s mother and the child saw her as an “aunt”, the prosecutor told the court,
“When they spent time together, they exchanged kisses and hugs,” the prosecutor said. She noted that the cleaner and the young boy had sex without a condom many times.
A 13-year-old friend of the boy saw them doing mouthwash sex in a parked car, according to prosecutor Claire Flockhart, according to the Daily Mail.
The boy’s father found photos of the couple when he looked at his son’s cell phone, he told the court.
There were also dates on the cell phone from when they “held hands for the first time”, “they said I love you” and had “the first kiss”.
The cleaner created a fake profile on social media to keep talking to the boy.
The incident was reported to the police last September and the woman was led to resign from her position.
The woman allegedly admitted that she should never allow the relationship to develop and that she believed she loved him. Her lawyer, Paul Sullivan, told the court: “He admits that he was an adult and he was a child. At that time she felt lonely and sad “.
The case will be heard again on May 18.
